铁路混装货物安检设备配置方法研究

A Study on the Layout of Security Inspection Devices for Railway Mixed Cargo

铁路物流中心安全管理是保障铁路运输安全源头治理的关键,近年来铁路不断强化货物安检查危能力,完善铁路货物安检管理体系,但是仍存在安检设备类型不清晰、技术参数考虑不充分、配置模式与使用场景结合不紧密的问题。针对上述问题,通过对比分析安检X光机、痕量爆炸物毒品检查装备、危险液体检查装备等成熟混装货物安检设备特征和检测范围,构建"业务需求—服务功能—设备类型—技术参数"的铁路货物安检设备配置模型,提出铁路货物安检装备选型流程,并以两线夹一台、一台一线2种典型布局形式提出铁路货物安检设备布局模式,为铁路货物安检设备配置提供技术支撑。

Safety management at railway logistics centers is the key to ensure safety measures taken at the source.In recent years,although China’s railway safety inspection management has been improving with the increased capability to detect the prohibited articles among its shipments,the management problems include no definite options of inspection devices,inadequate setup of technical parameters and no perfect layouts fit for specific needs.This paper puts forward a“Requirements-Functions-Device Types-Technical Parameters”model of the inspection devices arrangement based on its comparative study on the characteristics and application areas of three regular types:X-ray machines,trace explosives and drugs detectors and hazardous liquid detectors.To technically support the proposed model,this paper also proposed the procedure to choose the appropriate devices,which is exemplified with two typical layouts:one platform between two loading-unloading lines and one platform with one loading-unloading line.
