On Innovation of Grassroots Governance in the Strategy of Rural Revitalization——Based on the Practical Experience of Local Governance of New Rural Sages

基层的和谐稳定关系到国家的繁荣富强,研究基层治理对于解决三农问题具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。立足多地新乡贤治理的实践经验,梳理乡贤治理的变迁历史,讨论新型基层治理模式中新乡贤与乡村其他治理主体的互动关系,试分析新乡贤治理何以可能与何以可行。

The harmony and stability of grassroots governance is related to the prosperity of the country as a whole.Based on the practical experience of the governance of new rural sages in many places,this paper sorts out the past and present life of the governance of new rural sages,discusses the interaction between new rural sages and other subjects in this new grassroots governance mode,and tries to analyze why the governance of new rural sages is possible and feasible.
