长久以来我国的粮食运输一直以粮食经销商为主体,由于地理环境的差异,粮食物流体系是极为复杂且缺乏管理的,粮食物流运输日趋成为企业发展和控制的关键。本文将从粮食运输第三方物流企业现存问题的角度出发,利用平衡记分卡为企业提供业绩评价体系,提升农业企业物流管理能力。

For a long time,China's grain transport has been to grain dealers as the main body,Due to the differences in geographical environment,food logistics system is extremely complex and lack of management,resulting in food logistics transport has become a key issue of enterprise development and control.In this paper,from the perspective of the existing problems of third-party logistics enterprises of grain transport,BSC is used to provide performance evaluation system for enterprises and enhance the logistics management ability of agricultural enterprises.
