摘要
聚谷氨酸是利用生物发酵工艺生产的大分子氨基酸聚合物,是一种具有活性、多功能的生物高分子类物质。分别介绍了在转鼓蒸汽造粒、氨酸法造粒、高塔造粒和挤压造粒复合肥生产装置上添加聚谷氨酸增效剂生产聚合氨基酸复合肥系列产品的方法。施用聚合氨基酸复合肥,可减少化肥使用量,具有提高肥料利用率、减轻施肥土壤污染、提高作物产量的综合优势。
Polyglutamic acid is a macromolecular amino acid polymer produced by a biological fermentation process,and is an active and multifunctional biopolymer.The methods of adding polyglutamic acid synergist to produce polyamino acid compound fertilizer series products in the rotary drum steam granulation,ammonia and acid granulation,high tower granulation and extrusion granulation compound fertilizer production devices are introduced respectively.The application of polyamino acid compound fertilizer can reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer used,and has the comprehensive advantages of improving fertilizer utilization rate,reducing soil pollution of fertilization and increasing crop yield.
