摘要
详细介绍了Katalco51-9型甲醇合成催化剂的性能特点及其在1 800 kt/a甲醇合成装置中的应用情况,讨论了催化剂装填、升温还原、原料气组分及工艺操作条件对催化剂性能的影响,总结了该催化剂在工业应用中的最佳工艺条件。实际运行结果表明,Katalco51-9型甲醇合成催化剂性能稳定、活性强,能够满足大型甲醇合成装置生产要求。
The performance characteristics of Katalco51-9methanol synthesis catalyst and its application in1800kt/a methanol synthesis unit are introduced in detail.The effects of catalyst loading,temperature-programmed reduction,feed gas composition and process operation conditions on catalyst performance are discussed.The optimum process conditions for the catalyst in industrial applications are summarized.Actual operation results show that the Katalco51-9methanol synthesis catalyst has stable performance and strong activity,and can meet the production requirements of large-scale methanol synthesis unit.
