受煤质、排烟温度、工艺自身特点等因素的影响,氨法烟气脱硫副产的硫酸铵粒度难以控制,直接影响后系统的分离、干燥、包装、运输等操作。通过分析影响硫酸铵结晶粒度的各种因素及控制原理,提出了相应的改进思路及应对措施。

Affected by factors such as coal quality,flue gas exhaust temperature and characteristics of the process,the ammonium sulfate particle size of ammonia process flue gas desulfurization by-product is difficult to control,directly affecting the operations of the post-system,such as separation,drying,packaging,transportation,etc.By analyzing various factors affecting the crystal size of ammonium sulfate and the control principle,the corresponding improvement thoughts and countermeasures are proposed.
