Summary of Long Term Operation Optimization of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

针对130 t/h循环流化床锅炉在生产运行过程中经常出现受热面泄漏、返料器堵塞和结焦、锅炉风压波动幅度大等问题,通过对运行经验的总结和运行数据的分析,实施了一系列技术改造措施并对运行工况进行了优化。改造实施后,循环流化床锅炉的稳定性及运行效率得到大幅提升,有效延长了运行周期。

In view of the problems of heating surface leakage,blockage and coking of the loop seal,and large fluctuation of air pressure of the boiler during the production and operation in a130t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,a series of technical reformation measures are carried out and the operation conditions are optimized by summarizing the operation experience and analyzing the operation data.The stability and operation efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler have been greatly improved after the retrofit,and the operation cycle has been effectively prolonged.
