摘要
乙酸装置自2015年投运以来,磁力泵运行情况不理想,存在故障率高、腐蚀泄漏等问题。针对磁力泵在运行过程中出现的问题,从日常点检、结构改造、材质和泵型升级等方面进行升级改造,使磁力泵的故障率和检修费用明显降低,为乙酸装置的稳定运行提供了保障。
Since the acetic device unit was put into operation in2015,the operation of magnetic pump was not ideal,and there had problems such as high failure rate,corrosion leakage and so on.In view of the problems in the operation of magnetic pump,upgrading and transformation from daily spot inspection,structural transformation,material quality and pump type upgrading were carried out to make failure rate and maintenance cost of magnetic pump significantly reduced,and it provided guarantee for stable operation of acetic acid unit.
