摘要 简要介绍了合成氨造气车间蒸汽管网的设计流程及在生产过程中出现的问题。针对存在的问题,对蒸汽管网进行了完善并对工艺参数的设置进行了调整。通过持续改造,造气车间蒸汽管网逐渐完善,入炉蒸汽压力经蒸汽自调控制后稳定在0. 035~0. 040 MPa,为造气炉强化制气奠定了基础。 The design process of the steam pipe network of the synthetic ammonia gas-making workshop and the problems in the production process are briefly introduced.In connection with the existing problems,the steam pipe network is perfected and the process parameters are adjusted.Through continuous transformation,the steam pipe network of the gas-making workshop is gradually improved,and the steam pressure entering the gasifier is stabilized at0.035~0.040MPa after steam self-adjusting control,which lays a foundation for strengthening gas production of the gasifier.
