新形势下云南高校公安保卫机构管理研究

强化云南省高校公安保卫机构的队伍建设既是维护国家边疆少数民族地区稳定,同时也是维护校园政治稳定、加强校园治安的重要保障,又是公安保卫机构客观发展前进历程的需要。新形势下高校保卫部门应当从优化队伍结构、强化学习培训和改善各项待遇等方面加强保卫干部队伍的建设,从而促进公安保卫机构干部整体素质的提高。

Strengthening the team building for public security organizations in colleges and universities of Yunnan Province is not only to maintain the stability of the border areas,but also to maintain the political stability of the campus and strengthen the security of the campus.It is also the need of the objective development of public security organizations.Under the new situation,the security departments of colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of their cadre teams by optimizing the team structure,strengthening learning and training,and improving various treatments,thus promoting the improvement of the overall quality of cadres for public security organizations.
