摘要
为响应国家促进教育公平的号召,手提课在全国20000所小规模学校开展"互联网+教育"扶智,取得了显著效果。以国级集中连片特困地区之吕梁山区的两所小学为例,手提课给老师、学生和家长都带来了积极的改变。学生的成绩、性格、学习兴趣和自信方面都发生了积极的变化。学生成绩基本上在85-100分之间,考入重点初中比例大幅提高,孩子们从不爱说话变为乐于讲故事;老师在辅导学生使用手提的过程中,也在努力学习和改善自己的教学方法,提高教学水平;家长发现自己的孩子有了可喜的变化对孩子未来更有信心了,从他们的字典里面抹去教育落后或者不公平的字眼。家长特别欣喜地发现,孩子过去拿手机玩游戏到现在拿手机学习手提课的内容,并讲给自己听。当然,手提课作为新兴"互联网+教育",在课程研发、服务反馈和评估等方面都还有提高的空间。据此,我们可以窥见:如果能改善设施、提高信息技术使用意识,减少数字鸿沟,"互联网+教育"对于教育公平的前景是乐观的。
In response to the national call of promoting educational equity, Portable Class carried out education improvement by the internet+ education mode in more than 20,000 small schools over the whole country and has achieved significant results. In order to show positive changes that Portable Class has brought about to teachers, students and parents, we will take two examples of small schools in Lvliang mountainous area to illustrate it,which belong to one of the 11 extremely poor areas in our country. Firstly, we find that there have been changes in the students’ examination scores and characters. Specifically, their grades are basically between 85 and 100, then the proportion of students admitted to key middle schools has been greatly increased. From character aspect, they were silent at first and then slowly become interested in telling stories on account of learning from Portable Class. In the second place, teachers are also working hard to learn and improve their teaching methods in the process of teaching students how to use Portable Class. Of course, parents have more confidence in their children’s future as a result of some pleasant changes from their children. It is well to be reminded that parents are particularly pleased to find out that their children don’t play games on their cell phone, but learn from Portable Class and share what they have learned with them. In terms of Portable Class, as an emerging Internet+ education platform,there is still room for improvement in curriculum development,service feedback and assessment. On average, we can see an optimistic outlook in Internet+ education mode promoting fair education, if the facilities can be improved, awareness of the use of information technology can be strengthened, and the digital divide can be reduced.
