摘要
研究生导师与辅导员合力育人符合教育内在逻辑和教育现状:双方教育目标一致且教育方式互补,同时两者合力也契合研究生自身特质,符合研究生教育中部分职责缺位的现状呼唤。课题组实证研究后,发现合力效果并不乐观。因此,本文着力探寻辅导员与导师合力育人的策略,尝试构建以双方增强合力意识为前提,以多渠道沟通为合力桥梁主体,以制度为保障,以激励或督促为抓手,内外共促的实用模型。
The joint education between postgraduate tutors and counselors is in line with the internal logic of education and the status quo of education:the educational goals of both parties are the same and the educational methods are complementary.At the same time,the synergy between the two is also in line with the characteristics of postgraduate students,and helps to eliminate the lack of some responsibilities in postgraduate education.After the empirical research of the research team,it was found that the synergy effect was not optimistic.Therefore,this paper focuses on the strategy of joint education between counselors and tutors,trying to build a practical model based on internal and external promotion,with enhancing the awareness of synergy between the two sides as the premise,using multi-channel communication as the main part of the synergy,with the system as the guarantee,and with incentive or supervision as the starting point.
