以文化人 以文育人——打造“书香材料”学院品牌文化建设方案研究

Educating People with Culture: A Study on the Construction Plan of the Brand Culture of "Literary College"

坚持以文化人、以文育人,是加强高校思想政治工作的重要举措,也是办好中国特色社会主义大学的内在要求。以文化育人,最有效、最直接的方式就是培养学生读书的习惯,引导学生会读书、好读书、读好书,能从根本上提升学生的文化素养,构建更加丰富完善的知识体系和知识架构,从而真正做到文化自信。本文依托东北大学一五一十思政文化育人一体化平台的建设,以材料科学与工程学院品牌文化建设为抓手,制定并实践了学院品牌文化建设方案,通过对项目的开展和方案的研究,希望能对大学生阅读辅导和引导工作产生一定的借鉴意义。

Adhering to educating people with culture is an important measure to strengthen ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and is also an inherent requirement for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.The most effective and direct way of it is to cultivate students'habits of reading,which can fundamentally improve students'cultural accomplishment,build a richer and more complete knowledge system and knowledge structure,and truly achieve cultural confidence.Relying on the construction of the integrated platform for educating people with ideological and political culture in Northeastern University,and taking the brand culture construction of the School of Materials Science and Engineering as the starting point,this paper formulates and implements the college brand culture construction plan,hoping to provide some reference for the counseling and guidance of college students'reading through the implementation of the project and the research of the plan.
