小学教师招考试讲中存在的问题及对策

在小学教师招考时,在面试环节有微型课试讲部分,在试讲中考生存在很多问题,主要表现为:导入新课缺乏新意、教学设计无创意、教学语言成人化、教学内容拓展不开、课堂案例远离学生生活、板书设计思路不清晰、教学的现场感差、教学基本功不够扎实等问题。导致一部分考生考场失利。怎样提高考生的试讲水平是高校教师和参加招教考试的考生都应该重视的问题。

There is a trail lecturing part during elementary school teachers'entrance exam and some problems emerged during their trail lecturing,such as lack of creativities when introducing a new lesson,lack of creativities in teaching design,unsuitable class language for children,having difficulties in unfolding the teaching contents,disconnection between teaching examples and students'life,unclear teaching outline design,unreal teaching situations,lack of the basic teaching skills and so on.All these problems can lead to a failure in passing the exam.How to improve trail teaching skills should raise college teachers'and these exam takers'attention.
