高校作为人口密集、校园进出相对自由、警卫力量相对薄弱、社会影响力较大的区域,已经成为防范恐怖袭击,预防恐怖发生的重点区域。根据博尔诺夫的非连续性教育思想,高校开展反恐防恐教育首先要重视危机教育,逐步构建反恐防恐课程体系;其次要建设心理应激长效机制;最后要积极对青年学生推行"以国家认同为中心"的公民教育。
