摘要
随着国际职业资格认证进入中国市场,CFA(特许金融分析师)项目开始逐步被引入高校本科教育课程体系中。本文以CFA国际实验班课程为例,分析了CFA课程建设与卓越应用型金融人才培养两者之间的关系,提出了卓越应用型金融人才培养应进一步强化职业道德教育、专业实践教学以及加快推进国际职业资格认证与本科教育相融合。
With international professional qualification certification entering into China,CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst)program starts to be introduced into undergraduate education curriculums.Based on the curriculums of CFA international experimental class,this paper analyzed the relationship between CFA curriculum construction and excellent applied financial personnel training.It also provided suggestions for excellent applied financial personnel training:further strengthening professional ethics education,professional practice teaching and promoting the integration of international professional qualification certification and undergraduate education.
