高职院校基于生产性的校内综合实训项目建设——以军工电子设备电缆线束生产为例

The Construction of Productive Intramural Comprehensive Training Programs in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking the Production of Wiring Harness for Military Electronic Equipment as an Example

"校企合作,工学结合"是我国高等职业教育的发展方向,文章针对学校自身特点,根据学校与军工企业的合作,探讨了在教学中增设生产性的校内综合实训项目的必要性,分析了现阶段实训项目存在的问题,从而提出了建设方案,力求以集中实训的方式突破以往脱离岗位需求的实践教学模式,提高本专业学生在线束岗位的专业技能。

"College-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning"is the development direction of higher vocational education in our country.Based on the characteristics of our college,and the cooperation of our college with military enterprises,this paper probes into the necessity of adding productive intramural comprehensive training program in teaching,analyzes the problems existing in the current practical training program,and puts forward the construction scheme to try to break through the previous practice teaching mode which is divorced from the post demand by focusing on practical training,so as to improve the professional skills of the students in the wiring harness position.
