浅谈手术器械集中管理实践及体会

Brief Analysis of the Practice and Experience of Centralized Management of Surgical Instruments in Our Hospital

目的:探讨手术室器械在消毒供应中心(Central Sterile Supply Department, CSSD)集中管理的运作和成效。方法:建立手术室术后器械送消毒供应中心进行集中处理的工作程序和质量标准,规范消毒供应中心工作流程,对工作人员进行专业化培训。结果:手术器械送消毒供应中心集中处理,规范了清洗、包装方法,保障了灭菌质量,减少了手术室护士的非护理工作,提高手术周转率;同时提高了消毒供应室人员的专业技术水平和工作品质。结论:手术器械集中处理达到了国家规范的质量要求,也促进了消毒供应中心的专业化发展。

Objective: Explore the operation and effectiveness of centralized management of operating room equipment in the CSSD. Method: Establish the working procedures and quality standards for the centralized processing of the equipment sent to the disinfection supply center after the operating room, standardize the work flow of the disinfection supply center, and provide professional training of the staff. Result: Sending surgical instruments to the disinfection supply center for centralized treatment regulates the cleaning and packaging methods, guarantees the quality of sterilization, reduces the non-care work of nurses in the operating room, improves the surgical turnover rate, and improves the professional level and work quality of the staffs in the disinfection supply room. Conclusion: The centralized treatment of surgical instruments has met the quality requirements of the national standard, and has also promoted the professional development of the disinfection supply center.
