摘要
隧道掘进机刀盘上安装有各种切削刀具,如何对各种刀具的定位尺寸是否符合设计图纸要求进行测量是非常重要的。目前使用较多的模板规尺法一般适合于在制造工厂的刀盘刀具制造安装阶段使用,且模板规尺的通用性较差,针对不同刀具布置方案需定制专门的模板规尺。提出利用全站仪对刀具定位点的三维坐标进行测量,应用空间解析几何原理,推导出刀具不同安装定位尺寸的计算公式,可对刀具安装定位尺寸是否满足设计尺寸公差要求进行间接测量和计算。通过对掘进机刀具定位尺寸进行实际测量,并与模板规尺法测量数据进行对比,证明提出的间接测量法是可行的。
The cutterhead of the tunnel boring machine is fitted with various cutters.The positioning dimension of various cutters is very important.The formwork ruler,frequently used at present,is generally applied to the manufacturing and installation stage of cutters and cutterhead;and it is not universal.A special formwork ruler is required to be customized with respect to the arrangement scheme for different cutters.In this paper,the total station is used to measure the 3D coordinates of the place where cutters are located;the calculation formulas for different installation and positioning dimensions of cutters are deduced by the principles of space analytic geometry;the indirect measurement and calculation can be carried out for determining whether the installation and positioning dimensions of cutters meet the requirement for designed dimensional tolerance.The feasibility of the indirect measurement mentioned above is verified by measuring the practical positioning dimensions of cutters of the tunnel boring machine and comparing with formwork ruler results.
