摘要 目的研究以木材为书籍制作材料下的融合书籍艺术加工的一种新型展现形式。方法以一个人成长过程中童年、青年、大学、未来几个重要阶段发生的故事为创作背景,并选用了CorelDRAW软件进行了图形设计。在制作方面采用了先进的激光雕刻技术制作木质书籍,并从雕刻功率、雕刻速度等工艺参数的设置方面对木材加工书籍进行了研究。结果用激光雕刻机加工木质书具有工艺精细、效率高、表面质量好、复杂工艺简单化和可批量生产等优点,特别是对复杂图像、曲线数量较多的产品部件通过雕刻机都可以完美地加工出来,其制作的产品精致和准确。结论激光雕刻机制作木质书,是文化艺术形式的方法和理念的升华,是激光雕刻技术在制造领域的深入挖掘,是制作品种的创新。 The work aims to study a new form of book processing in which books are made of wood. With the stories of childhood, youth, university and the next several important stages during a person's growth as the background, the CorelDRAW software was selected for graphic design. In the aspect of production, advanced laser engraving technology was used to produce wooden books, and the books made of wood were studied from the aspects of engraving power, engraving speed and other parameters. The laser engraving machine used for the processing of wooden books had many advantages, such as fine technology, high efficiency, good surface quality, simplification of complex technology and mass production. Especially, the product parts with complex images and numerous curves could be perfectly processed by the engraving machine. The products made by laser engraving machine were exquisite and accurate. Laser engraving machine for making wooden books is the sublimation of the methods and ideas of cultural and artistic forms, the deep excavation of laser engraving technology in the field of manufacturing, and the innovation of production varieties.
