福建省青少年散打运动员赛前焦虑状态特点的分析

Analysis on Characteristics of Pre-competition Anxiety of Adolescent Free Combat Athletes in Fujian

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据分析法对福建省青少年散打运动员赛前状态焦虑进行分析。研究发现,各地市运动员赛前状态焦虑的平均得分差异较大,主场作战的运动员赛前肩负着更大的压力,主队运动员焦虑水平较高,自信心处于中等水平,不同参赛经验和不同运动等级的运动员状态自信心存在显著性差异。

By using the methods of literature consultation,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper analyzes the pre-competition state anxiety of adolescent free combat athletes in Fujian Province,finding that the average scores of state anxiety of athletes in each area or city are quite different.Athletes of home team have more pressure before competition,and their anxiety level is higher,but their self-confidence is in middle level.There is a significant difference in the state and self-confidence between athletes with different competitive experiences and different levels.
