培养现代公民:大学生民主参与的规范研究

Education of Modern Citizens: A Normative Study on College Students' Democratic Participation

现代公民是民主社会的基础,优秀的公民群体是我国建设民主社会的重要推动力。大学作为受教育者进入社会的最后阶段,对于培养现代公民担负着重要责任。在理解大学生民主参与和培养大学生公民意识相关性的基础上,培植校园公民文化,积极引导、鼓励学生社团与学生组织建设,培育校园"公民社会"及利用新媒体等信息技术促进民主参与,拓宽参与渠道,落实民主参与的实践。

Modern citizen is the foundation of democratic society,and excellent citizen group is a crucial impetus in the construction of democratic society in China.As the last stage that students enter into the society,colleges have important responsibilities for educating modern citizens.On the basis of understanding the relation between students’democratic participation and cultivating students’civil consciousness,this paper indicates the detailed practices to implement the democratic participation are to improve the campus culture,lead the construction of students’societies,enhance the channels of participation and so on.
