Employment Changes within the Past 40 Years after Reform and Opening up and Micro-transformation of Ideological and Political Theory Education in Colleges

改革开放40年来,大学毕业生就业政策随着经济和社会的转型而发生深刻变化。当前,大学生就业面临的严峻形势,给新时期高校思想政治工作有效性带来诸多挑战。为此,教育工作者要立足"就业力",夯实"就业储备",将职业生涯规划"端口前移",实现这一维度的高校思想政治教育微观转型。

Within the past 40 years after reform and opening up,college students'employment policy changes along with the social and economic transformations.At present,college students are facing serious employment problems,which brings many challenges to the efficiency of ideological and political education work in colleges.So educators should base on employability and pre-service preparation to make career plan for students,so as to realize the micro-transform of ideological and political education in colleges from this angle.
