摘要 针对传统雷达导引头抗干扰性能评估存在主观性强、评价结果不够全面的缺陷,提出了基于群层次分析法的雷达导引头抗干扰性能评估。该方法在分析雷达导引头抗干扰性能指标的基础上,将群决策和层次分析法结合,利用区间数和1~9标度法相结合的方法来获取专家意见,并采用基于灰色关联法和专家决策信息一致性的方法来给专家赋权。仿真实例证明,该方法相比传统方法能够更加明显表现指标的相对重要程度,降低评估结果的不确定性。 The traditional evaluation of electronic counter-countermeasures(ECCM)perfomence of radar seekers has deficiencies of strong subjectivity and incomplete evaluation results.To solve the problem,an anti-jamming performance evaluation of the radar seeker based on group AHP was proposed.Based on the analysis of the anti-jamming performance index of radar seeker,this method combined the group decision and the analytic hierarchy process,and used the combination of the interval number and the 1~9 scale method to obtain expert opinions,and used the grey correlation method and information consistency of exprets'decision to empower experts.Compared with the traditional method,this method could more obviously express the relative importance of the indicators and reduce the uncertainty of the evaluation results.
