旅游流与区域经济协同发展时空分异研究——来自云南省的案例

Spatio-temporal Differentiation of Regional Tourism Flow and Economic Synergy——Based on a Case Study of Yunnan Province

为了进一步探讨区域旅游流与经济协同发展问题,文章在阐述二者耦合发展机理的基础上,以云南省为研究样本,通过改进熵值法,对旅游流与区域经济系统水平进行测度。结果表明:受旅游二次创业、旅游产业转型、旅游强省建设等发展阶段持续影响,云南省旅游流水平与区域经济发展水平整体协同发展态势向好,且耦合协同水平稳步提升;云南省旅游流与区域经济耦合协调度地区发展水平不高,且等级差异明显,表现出优质发展地区占比小,濒临失调及轻度失调地区占比大,中度失调地区问题严重的特点。在空间上呈现以昆明和大理为协调发展双核的组团式发展格局,西北、东南区域发展水平相对较高,中部地区形成协调发展"洼地";现阶段发展状况主要受到区域经济发展水平、地理区位、交通条件、区域政策、资源禀赋、产业结构调整等方面因素的影响。此外,还从空间发展等方面提出相应的发展建议。

In order to further explore the problem of regional tourism flow and economic synergy development, this paper, on the basis of expounding the coupling development mechanism of the two, takes Yunnan province as a sample and improves the entropy method to measure the tourism flow and regional economic system level. The results are as follows: the tourism flow level of Yunnan province and the overall cooperative development of regional economic development level are good as the result of second-time tourism entrepreneurship, tourism industry transformation and tourism strong province construction; the development level of Yunnan tourism flow and regional economy coupling coordination degree is not high, and the differences are obvious, characterized by a small proportion of high quality development areas and a large portion of slightly maladjusted areas with serious problems in moderately maladjusted areas. In space, Kunming and Dali are the dual cores with northwest and southeast better developed and the middle areas less developed. The current development situation is mainly affected by regional economic development level, geographical location, traffic conditions, regional policies, resource endowments, and industrial structure adjustment. Corresponding suggestions are then proposed.
