视觉语法视角下灾难新闻图片的意义建构——以哥伦比亚泥石流为例

The Meaning Construction of Disaster News Pictures from the Perspective of Visual Grammatical——Taking Colombia Slide Disaster as an Example

随着数字传播技术的发展,图片以其直观形象、冲击力强的特性,在新闻报道中得到了广泛应用。目前许多灾难新闻的报道都呈现出视觉化趋势,受众在第一时间即可直观感受到自然灾害带给人类的巨大冲击。本文从多模态话语分析的角度,以视觉语法为基本分析工具,选取哥伦比亚泥石流报道中富有代表性的图片进行分析和解读,从而揭示图片在新闻语篇中如何产生及其建构意义,为新闻工作者拍摄和报道提供依据。

With the development of digital broadcasting technology,pictures have been widely applied in the news reports due to its strong visual impacts.At present,many disaster news reports have shown a visual trend,and audiences can immediately experience the huge impact brought about by natural disasters.In this paper,from the perspective of multi-modal discourse analysis,taking visual grammar as the basic analysis tool,I select the representative pictures in the reports of Colombia slide disasterto analyze and interpret in order to reveal how images make meanings in the news reports.Besides,it can offer some suggestions for journalists and reporters.
