摘要
本研究基于陕西地区四所高校新闻专业本科生和五家媒体新闻从业人员的问卷调查,试图了解两类人群的角色认知现状及影响因素。其中,重点考察新闻教育在角色认知过程中会产生何种影响,对比两类人群在被新闻机构社会化前后的差异,勾勒新闻从业者的成长图景,揭示这两类人群对新闻传播教育作用、价值的评价,并据此进一步反思中国的新闻教育究竟对记者角色认知有何贡献,新闻教育是如何影响和塑造新闻记者的。
Based on the survey targeting at students majoring in Journalism from four universities in Shaanxi and journalists of five local news organizations,this study explores the current status of professional cogitation and its influencing factors among the two groups.The paper mainly focuses on the function of news education in the process of professional cognition by comparing the differences between the two groups which display the influence of news agencies in terms of socialization.The paper tries to draw an outline of the professional development of journalists,and to reveal the two group of peoples'feedback and appraisals of Journalism education.Then,the paper further on reflects on the contribution of Journalism education in influencing and shaping journalists in China.
