皮肤软组织扩张术对烧伤整形患者皮肤创面愈合及血运恢复时间的影响

Effect of skin and soft tissue expansion on skin wound healing and blood recovery time in burn and plastic surgery patients

目的探讨皮肤软组织扩张术对烧伤整形患者的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年2月在我院治疗的72例烧伤整形患者,依据手术方式的不同分为观察组(皮肤软组织扩张术)与对照组(复合皮移植术),各36例,比较两组皮肤创面愈合、血运恢复时间与手术安全性。结果观察组皮肤创面愈合时间与血运恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组手术安全性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论烧伤整形患者通过皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,可有效缩减皮肤创面愈合及血运恢复时间,利于提高手术安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of skin and soft tissue expansion for burn and plastic surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 72 burn patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into observation group(skin and soft tissue expansion)and control group(composite skin transplantation),36 cases in each group.The wound healing,blood supply recovery time and surgical safety of the two groups were compared.Results The healing time and blood supply recovery time of skin wound in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of burn patients with plastic surgery by skin and soft tissue expansion can effectively reduce the time of wound healing and blood supply recovery,and is conducive to improving the safety of surgery.
