小耳症永田法耳再造术的护理效果分析

Nursing effect analysis of Nagata method auricle reconstruction for microtia

目的分析小耳症永田法耳再造术的护理效果。方法随机选取2016年6月至2018年5月我院小耳症永田法耳再造术患者120例(120耳),采用SPSS21.0将入组患者按先后序列号(1-120)随机分为2组:一组常规护理组(60例,60耳),一组优质护理组(60例,60耳),统计分析两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果患者中切口感染0例,耳肋软骨支架外露1例,术后并发症发生率为1.7%(1/60);常规护理组患者中切口感染0例,耳肋软骨支架外露2例,筋膜瓣坏死2例,术后并发症发生率为6.7%(4/60)。优质护理组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于常规护理组(P <0.05)。优质护理组患者中很满意34例,一般24例,护理满意度为96.7%(58/60);常规护理组患者中很满意20例,一般30例,护理满意度为83.3%(50/60)。优质护理组患者的护理满意度显著高于常规护理组(P <0.05)。结论小耳症永田法耳再造术的优质护理效果较常规护理好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Nagata method auricle reconstruction for microtia.Methods 120 patients(120 ears)with microtia underwent Nagata method auricle reconstruction in Hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their serial numbers(1-120)by SPSS21.0:one group was routine nursing group(60 ears),the other group was high quality nursing group(60 ears).The operation of the two groups was analyzed statistically.Posterior complications and nursing satisfaction.Results Incision infection was found in 0 cases,ear costal cartilage stent was exposed in 1 case,and the incidence of complications was 1.7%(1/60).In the routine nursing group,incision infection was found in 0 cases,ear costal cartilage stent was exposed in 2 cases,fascial flap necrosis in 2 cases,and the incidence of complications was 6.7%(4/60).The incidence of postoperative complications in the high quality nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).In the high quality nursing group,34 cases were satisfied,24 cases were general,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.7%(58/60);in the conventional nursing group,20 cases were satisfied,30 cases were general,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 83.3%(50/60).The nursing satisfaction of the high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing effect of Nagata method auricle reconstruction for microtia is better than that of routine nursing,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
