自体脂肪颗粒移植技术在面部凹陷整形美容中的围手术期综合护理

Nursing care of autologous fat granule transplantation technology in facial depression plastic surgery

目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植技术在面部凹陷整形美容中的护理。方法将80例于2017年1月至2018年1月来我院实施自体脂肪颗粒移植技术的面部凹陷患者作为本次试验的研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施围手术期综合护理措施。护理一个月后,评估两组患者的心理状况、术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组的生活质量、自信心以及自我形象评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后观察组的护理满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(87.50%)。干预后观察不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%。结论对自体脂肪颗粒移植技术在面部凹陷整形美容中实施围手术期综合护理干预,可显著改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度,降低不良反应。

Objective To explore the nursing of autologous fat granule transplantation technology in facial sag plastic surgery.Methods Eighty patients with facial depression who had undergone autologous fat granule transplantation in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Group of 40 cases.The control group implemented routine nursing measures,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing measures during the perioperative period.One month after the nursing,the psychological status,postoperative complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The quality of life,self-confidence and self-image scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(87.50%).The incidence of adverse reactions observed after intervention was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group.Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in facial fat plastic surgery in the treatment of facial depression plastic surgery can significantly improve the patient's psychological state,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce adverse reactions.
