合肥市老城区建设现状问题调研与更新策略研究

A Research on Current Problems and Regeneration Strategies of Hefei Historical City Central Areas

长期以来,具有两千多年历史的合肥市老城区是合肥市唯一的政务、商业、文化、科技综合中心。在"大湖名城、创新高地"战略定位指引下,合肥市产业发展升级,市级、省级行政中心南迁,整个合肥市建设发展重心已向滨湖新区转移。老城区如何更新发展,亟待深入研究。在系统解读合肥市战略层面和合肥市总体规划演变的基础上,通过对合肥市中心城区的空间演变、老城区空间建设成效综合评价、公众意见和意愿的调研,运用空间句法等分析方法,分析老城区现状和合肥市中心城区的空间发展结构性趋势。根据分析结果,提出了新背景下老城区更新发展的再定位和策略。

The historical Hefei city centre has experienced more than 2000 years’ development. It has been the only comprehensive city centre of government administrative、commercial、cultural, science and technology centre in Hefei. Under the strategic positioning of "Large lakeside Famous City, Innovative Highland" and industrial development upgrading,as well as city and provincial administrative space moving south, the construction focus of Hefei City has shifted to the development of areas surrounding ChaoHu lake. How to re-position and regenerate Hefei historical city central areas need further study. By reviewing the evolution of Hefei city strategic and comprehensive overall plans, this research conducted studies on historical spatial evolution of Hefei city central areas, comprehensive evaluation of the present built areas and problems, as well as a survey of public opinions and wills. This study revealed problems of the old city center in present times and analyzed the structural spatial trend of central Hefei areas by using GIS, SPSS spatial syntax analytical methods. According to the analytical results, this study puts forward repositioning development of the old city areas, viable strategies for regeneration and solutions to current problems under the new background.
