摘要 目的对小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床特点及相关危险因素进行探讨。方法选择2015年1月至2017年8月在本院儿科就诊的罹患小儿肺炎支原体感染的患儿130例作为病例组,选择在同时间段内在本院确诊为细菌性肺炎的患儿130例作为对照组,将两组患儿的资料进行回顾性分析,对小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床特点及相关危险因素进行探讨。结果病例组的130例患儿中,男68例,占52.31%,女62例,占47.69%。平均年龄(5.21±3.98)岁。出现高热的81例,占62.31%,出现阵发性连续咳嗽的79例,占60.77%,出现细湿啰音的52例,占40.00%,秋季和冬季发病的构成比为69.23%,74.62%的患儿出现补体C3、C4浓度下降,是否有流行病学接触史,白细胞计数结果,抗生素应用时间为小儿出现肺炎支原体感染的独立影响因素(OR=26.180,0.385,1.368,P<0.05)。结论小儿发生肺炎支原体感染具有一定特异性的临床表现,是否有流行病学接触史,白细胞计数结果,抗生素应用时间是小儿发生肺炎支原体感染的独立影响因素。 Objective To investigate the characteristics and related risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods A total of 130 children with pediatric pneumoniae infection who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected as case groups.130 children with bacterial pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The data of the two groups of children were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Results Among the 130 patients in the case group,68 were male,accounting for 52.31%,and 62 female,accounting for 47.69%.The average age(5.21±3.98)years old.There were 81 cases with high fever,accounting for 62.31%,79 cases with paroxysmal continuous cough,accounting for 60.77%,and 52 cases with fine wet voice,accounting for 40.00%.The composition ratio of autumn and winter onset was 69.23%.74.62%of the children developed complement C3,and the C4 concentration decreased.Whether there is epidemiological exposure history,white blood cell count results,antibiotic application time is an independent influencing factor of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children(OR=26.180,0.385,1.368,P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has a specific clinical manifestation,whether there is epidemiological exposure history,white blood cell count results,antibiotic application time is an independent influencing factor of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
