不同护理方法对小儿手足口病护理的应用评价

Application evaluation of different nursing methods on the nursing of hand, foot and mouth disease in children

目的探讨不同护理方法在小儿手足口病护理期间的应用效果。方法随机抽取2016年3月至2017年3月本院收治的小儿手足口病患儿72例。按照随机数字表法分为研究组(整体护理,n=36)与对照组(常规护理,n=36)。对比两组皮疹消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及家属护理满意度。结果研究组体温恢复正常时间短于对照组,皮疹消失时间短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为0.0%,对照组出现2例脑炎,2例心肌炎,发生率为11.1%。研究组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组、对照组家属护理满意度分别为97.2%(35/36)、80.6%(29/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病实施整体护理能促使患儿症状改善,降低疗程时间,并且可以减少并发症的发生情况,提高家属对护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing methods in the nursing of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods A total of 72 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly selected.According to the random number table method,the study group(overall care,n=36)and the control group(conventional care,n=36)were divided.The disappearance time of rash,the normal time of body temperature recovery,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of family care were compared.Results The normal temperature of the study group was shorter than that of the control group.The time of rash disappeared was shorter than that of the control group.The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 0.0%.There were 2 cases of encephalitis and 2 cases of myocarditis,the incidence rate was 11.1%.The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group were 97.2%(35/36)and 80.6%(29/36),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing in children with hand,foot and mouth disease can improve the symptoms of children,reduce the duration of treatment,and reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of family members on nursing.It is worth promoting.
