中风康复胶囊对脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及斑块形成相关因素的影响

Effect of Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule on Carotid Plaque and Related Factors of Plaque Formation in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察中风康复胶囊治疗脑梗死颈动脉斑块的临床疗效及对斑块形成相关因素的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将200例符合纳入标准的脑梗死颈动脉斑块患者分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组在基础治疗上采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中风康复胶囊。4个月后对比分析两组患者颈动脉斑块变化情况、血管内皮功能指标改善情况、血流变和血脂指标变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者颈动脉斑块各项观察指标均较前明显改善(P <0. 05);观察组血清NO水平较治疗前明显升高,血清ET-1、MDA和vWF水平较治疗前明显降低(P <0. 05),且优于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者血液流变学各项指标均较前明显改善(P <0. 05);观察组患者的TC、TG和LDL-C等指标均有明显改善,且优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:中风康复胶囊能够抑制斑块进展,改善血管内径,防止脑梗死的进一步发生,这可能与改善血管内皮功能,改善血流变指标和调节血脂有关。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule in treating cerebral infarction with carotid artery plaque and its influence to the factors related to plaque formation. Methods: 200 patients with cerebral infarction and carotid plaque were randomly divided into the observation group(n=100) and the control group(n=100). The control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Capsule;on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule. After 4 months of treatment, the changes of carotid plaque, endothelial function, blood hemorheology and blood lipids were observed in the two groups. Results: The indexes related to the carotid plaque were all significantly improved in the observation group after the treatment compared to those before the treatment( P<0.05). The serum level of NO was greatly increased, and the serum levels of ET-1, MDA and vWF were significantly decreased in the observation group after the treatment( P<0.05). The hemorheology was significantly improved in the observation group after the treatment( P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C were obviously improved in the observation group, which was better than the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule can inhibit the development of carotid plaque, which may be related to its improvement on vascular endothelial function and on hemorheology indexes, as well as being related to its regulation on blood lipids.
