温中和胃汤联合中频透热治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎

Clinical Efficacy of Wenzhong Hewei Decoction Combined with Medium-Frequency Diathermy Treating Chronic Non-Atrophic Gastritis of Deficiency-Cold of Spleen and Stomach

目的:研究温中和胃汤联合中频透热治疗脾胃虚寒型非Hp感染慢性胃炎临床疗效及对CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者104例,随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(54例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊口服治疗,观察组患者给予温中和胃汤联合中频透热治疗,观察两组临床疗效、中医症候积分变化情况及治疗前后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ炎症细胞因子水平。结果:治疗14天后,观察组中医症候评分均明显低于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组总有效率为83. 33%(45/54),观察组总有效率为96%(48/50),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ炎症细胞因子水平明显低于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:温中和胃汤联合中频透热治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎相较于单纯给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊的治疗方案更有效、安全,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenzhong Hewei Decoction combined with medium-frequency diathermy treating chronic gastritis without Hp infection of deficiency-cold pattern of Spleen and Stomach;and to observe its influence to CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and TNF-γ. Methods: 104 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=50 ). The control group was treated with Omeprazde enteric-coated capsules;the observation group was treated with Wenzhong Hewei Decoction combined with medium-frequency diathermy. TCM symptom score,before and after the treatment, as nell as the influence to CRP,IL-6,(45/54)TNF-α,and IFN-γ were observed before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also observed. Results: After 14 days of the treatment, TCM symptom score was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group( P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50), which was significantly higher than 83.33%(45/54) of the control group( P<0.05). The levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-a, and IFN-γ were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Wenzhong Hewei Decoction combined with medium-frequency diathermy treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis of deficiency-cold of Spleen and Stomach is more effective and safer than Omeprazde, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
