不同麻醉方式对老年人下肢骨科术后引起谵妄的影响因素比较

Comparison of Influence Factors of Delirium after Different Anesthesia Methods on Senile Lower Limbs Orthopedics Surgery

目的:研究并分析不同麻醉方式对老年人下肢骨科术后引起谵妄的影响因素。方法:选取来某院就诊的80例骨科患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予全身麻醉,对照组给予椎管内麻醉,对比两组患者术后谵妄的发生情况。结果:对照组在术后谵妄发生率、谵妄持续时间均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在手术时间和术中出血量方面略高于观察组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:椎管内麻醉患者谵妄发生率较低,谵妄持续时间相对较短。

Objective:To study and analyze the influence factors of delirium after different anesthesia methods on senile lower limbs orthopedics surgery.Methods:80 orthopedic patients admitted in a hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was given general anesthesia,and the control group was given intraspinal anesthesia.The occurrence of postoperative delirium was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of delirium and delirium duration in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group was slightly higher than the observation group in terms of operation time and intraoperative blood loss,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of delirium in patients with spinal anesthesia is low,and the duration of delirium is relatively short.
