腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂的疗效分析

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Ovarian Chocolate Cyst Rupture

目的:分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂的疗效。方法:进行回顾性分析,研究阶段为2016年1月1日～2017年12月31日,共纳入研究对象55例,均为卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂患者,观察组选择腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组选择开腹治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效24例(92.31%),观察组总有效28例(96.55%),两组差异不显著,P>0.05;对照组手术时间(72.35±15.66)min、术中出血量(55.45±18.52)ml、排气时间(23.95±8.79)h、住院时间(5.36±1.89)d,与观察组手术时间(87.89±16.02)min、术中出血量(158.91±42.61)ml、排气时间(53.25±14.02)h、住院时间(8.79±2.12)d对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:针对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,其临床优势明显,可以作为临床中治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的首选方式。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery on ovarian chocolate cyst rupture.Methods:A total of 55 subjects with ovarian chocolate cyst rupture were in the study period from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were enrolled and performed retrospective analysis.Laparoscopic surgery was selected as the observation group,open treatment as the control group,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the total effective rate between the control group(92.31%)and the observation group(28.55%)(P>0.05).The operation time(72.35±15.66)min,the intraoperative blood loss(55.45±18.52)ml,the exhaust time(23.95±8.79)h,the hospitalization time(5.36±1.89)d in the control group and operation time(87.89±16.02)min,blood loss(158.91±42.61)ml,time to exhaust(53.25±14.02)h,hospital stay(8.79±2.12)d in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery on patients with ovarian chocolate cyst has obvious clinical advantages,it has less bleeding and little impact on the patients,which may be the first choice for clinical treatment of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.
