生长激素缺乏症对心血管系统病变的影响分析

Effect of Growth Hormone Deficiency on Cardiovascular System Lesions

目的:探讨机体的生长素缺乏症对心血管系统的影响。方法:将60例患有生长素缺乏症的患者分为两组,生长素缺乏症治疗组为A组,生长素缺乏症未治疗组为B组,比较两组心血管疾病的发生率。结果:A组心血管疾病的发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:生长激素缺乏症会增加心血管疾病的发病率、死亡率,导致机体心脏结构及功能损害、脂质代谢异常,内皮细胞功能紊乱,危害机体健康。

Objective:This article mainly discusses the effects of growth hormone deficiency on the cardiovascular system.Methods:60 patients with auxin deficiency were divided into group A with auxin deficiency treatment group and group B without auxin deficiency treatment.The incidence of cardiovascular disease was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of cardiovascular disease in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Growth hormone deficiency can increase the incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality,lead to structural damage and dysfunction of the heart,abnormal lipid metabolism,dysfunction of endothelial cells,and endanger the health of the body.
