输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法:收集某院收治的86例上尿路结石患者,收集时间是自2015年6月~2017年6月,分为对照组(n=43)和试验组(n=43)。试验组采纳输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组采纳体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗,比较两组碎石成功率、并发症、复发率。结果:与对照组碎石成功率比较,试验组较高;与对照组并发症发生率、复发率比较,试验组较低,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术可有效缩短上尿路结石患者的治疗时间,减少并发症,值得借鉴。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods:86 cases of upper urinary calculi admitted in a hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were collected and divided into the control group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43).The experimental group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy and the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).The success rate,complications and recurrence rate were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group was relatively higher,and the incidence rate and recurrence rate were lower in experimental group compared with those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients with upper urinary calculi and reduce complications.
