摘要
目的:探究在学校实施健康教育对传染病的预防效果。方法:随机收集某高校共122名学生参与研究,所有学生均于2016年9月~2017年9月期间入学,通过数字表法将其分为两组,包括对照组61名和观察组61名,其中对照组学生实施基础性预防指导,观察组学生则在基础性预防指导上实施健康教育,对两组学生传染病发生率以及两组学生对传染病知识知晓率效果进行比较。结果:经比较,观察组学生传染病发生率显著低于对照组、学生对传染病知识知晓率显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在学校实施健康教育,有利于提升学生对传染病传播途径、注意事项等知识的掌握率,并促进学生改善不良的卫生习惯,进而降低传染病发生风险,因此该种传染病预防模式值得在校园中进行推广。
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of health education on infectious diseases in schools.Methods:A total of 122 students enrolled in a certain university from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by a digital table method,including 61 in the control group and 61 in the observation group.Basic prevention instructions were implemented to the control group.In the observation group,health education was carried out on basis of prevention guidance.The incidence of infectious diseases in the two groups of students and the effect of awareness of infectious diseases on the two groups of students were compared.Results:After comparison,the incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The rate of students'awareness of the infectious disease knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of health education in schools are helpful to improve the students'knowledge of infectious disease transmission and announcements,and to promote students to improve their bad hygiene habits,and then reduce the risk of infectious diseases.Therefore,the mode of prevention of infectious diseases is worth popularizing in the campus.
