盐包热敷联合神阙灸对中风后便秘患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Salt Bag Hot Compress Combined Moxibustion on the Quality of Life of Patients with Constipation after Stroke

目的:研究盐包热敷联合神阙灸对中风后便秘患者生活质量产生的影响。方法:研究纳入200例中风后便秘患者作为本次研究对象,收治时间均为2017年8月～2018年8月,使用随机分组的方式将其分为为常规组与联合组,100例患者组成常规组服用果导片进行治疗,100例患者组成联合组采取盐包热敷联合神阙灸进行治疗,经治疗后对两组患者生活质量及治疗效果进行分析。结果:经治疗后联合组患者治疗总有效率99.0%,比常规组患者治疗总有效率80.0%高,组间差异较为显著(P<0.05);经治疗后联合组患者生活质量综合评定问卷评分均比常规组患者好,组间差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论:盐包热敷联合神阙灸具有操作简单、安全性高、效果好等特点,更是提高了患者的生活质量及治疗效果,利于患者的接受,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of salt bag hot compress combined moxibustion on the quality of life of patients with constipation admitted from August 2017 to August 2018 after stroke.Methods:200 cases of patients with constipation after stroke were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the use of randomization,one group was control group,another group was combined group,100 patients in conventional group took phenolphthalein tablets for treatment,100 patients in combined group took salt bag hot compress combined moxibustion for treatment.After treatment,the quality of life and therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 99%,higher than that of the conventional group with total effective rate was 80%,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the quality of life of the combined group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salt bag hot compress combined with moxibustion has the characteristics of simple operation,high safety,good effect,also improves the quality of life and the treatment effect of patients,helps patients to accept,and is worthy of promotion.
