摘要
论述了国内矿井提升机现有的问题及与国外产品的差距,比较了国内应用较多的内支环结构摩擦轮与锦州矿山机器公司生产的外支环结构摩擦轮结构上的不同,应用ANSYSWorkbench软件对两种结构进行了线性屈曲分析,获得了一阶屈曲模态并计算了临界载荷的大小。结果显示与内支环结构相比,外支环结构可承受更高的冲击载荷,在抗冲击性能方面有着明显的优势。
The disadvantages of Chinese mine hoist and the distance from the external products are discussed in the paper.The differences between the inner supporting ring fully used in most companies in China and the outer supporting ring made by Jinzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd are compared.The software of ANSYSWorkbench was used to give a liner Buckling analysis and calculate the critical load.The result shows the outer supporting ring structure can withstand higher impact load and has obvious advantages in impact resistance.
