摘要
加强车窗粘接牢固度、消除车窗脱落对旅客及行车安全隐患,已成为中车集团设备研发的重要课题之一。以CRH3动车组车窗与车体粘接强度为研究对象,设计车窗粘接强度试验台以检测车窗粘接强度,应用有限元法对试验台升降系统传动部件进行接触分析,结果表明,试验台传动部件所受最大等效应力170.05MPa、剪切应力105.058MPa、接触应力49.79MPa,各应力均小于材料许用应力,车窗粘接强度试验台升降方案设计可行。
One of the most significant project of equipment research and development in CRRC is to eliminate hidden dangers to passengers and driving safety caused by window falling off via reinforcing the train window bonding strength.This paper takes the window and body bonding strength of CRH3 as the research object,targeting at detecting the window bonding strength by designing the strength experimental bench,and applying Finite Element Method to the contact analysis of the transmission parts of experimental bench lifting system.The result indicates that maximum equivalent stress of the transmission parts is 170.05 MPa,shear stress is 105.058 MPa and contact stress is 49.79MPa,which are all less than allowable stresses.The result shows the experimental bench lifting system project of window bonding strength is feasible and valid.
