摘要
以铁皮石斛花为材料,通过单因素和正交试验对超声波-微波协同提取铁皮石斛花多糖的工艺进行研究。结果表明,超声波-微波协同提取铁皮石斛花多糖的最佳工艺为:超声时间55 min,料液比1∶50(g/mL),微波时间3 min,微波功率450 W,在此工艺条件下铁皮石斛花多糖提取率为7.22%。对超声波-微波协同提取的铁皮石斛花多糖进行抗氧化的活性测定,试验结果显示铁皮石斛花多糖对DPPH·、羟基自由基有明显的清除作用。
Ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of polysaccharides from flowers of Dendrobium officinale was proposed.The optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,microware extraction time,microware power for extracting polysaccharides from flowers of Dendrobium officinale were studied through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum technical parameters was ultrasonic of 55 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50(g/mL),microware extraction time of 3 min,microware power 450 W.Under above conditions,the total polysaccharides extraction rate of flowers of Dendrobium officinale was 7.22%.The antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale were studied,the polysaccharide had better scavenging ability of DPPH·and·OH.
