生脉注射液和丹参注射液治疗干眼症的临床观察和护理方法研究

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Shengmai Injection and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in Treatment

目的:对使用生脉注射液和丹参注射液治疗干眼症的临床效果和护理方法进行探究。方法:从我院在2017年1月至2018年1月收治的干眼症患者中选取90例作为观察对象,通过随机抽样法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组使用贝复舒滴眼液治疗,观察组则使用生脉注射液和丹参注射液治疗,均给予两组患者综合护理,20d后观察并对比两组患者的恢复效果。结果:经过治疗和护理,观察组的症状积分[(4.12±1.13)分]低于对照组[(8.25±2.11)]分;泪液分泌量[(6.45±2.41)mm/5min]多于对照组[(3.21±1.52)mm/5min];泪膜破裂时间[(18.42±3.11)s]长于对照组[(11.25±2.45)s];角膜病变总分[(3.23±2.16)分]低于对照组[(6.12±2.36)分],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床效果(总有效率为95.56%)显著优于对照组(82.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用生脉注射液和丹参注射液治疗干眼症并辅以综合护理可产生良好的临床效果,有效缓解患者有关症状,增加泪液的分泌、延长泪膜的破裂时间并减轻角膜病变的程度,促使患者早日恢复健康,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and nursing methods of Shengmai injection and Danshen injection in the treatment of dry eye,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,90 patients with xerophthalmia were selected as observation objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Beifushu eye drops,the observation group was treated with Shengmai injection and Danshen injection,and the two groups were given comprehensive nursing care for 20 days to observe and compare the recovery effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment and care,The score of symptom score(4.12±1.13)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.25±2.11),the amount of tear secretion(6.45±2.41 mm/5 min)was higher than that in the control group(3.21±1.52),the time of lacrimal film rupture(18.42±3.11 s)was longer than that in the control group(11.25±2.45 s),and the total score of corneal lesion(3.23±2.16)was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.12±2.36 min,P﹤0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group(the total effective rate was 95.56)was significantly better than that of the control group(82.22%,P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The use of Shengmai injection and Danshen injection in the treatment of xerophthalmia with comprehensive nursing can produce good clinical effect,relieve the symptoms of the patients,increase the secretion of tear,prolong the rupture time of tear film,reduce the degree of corneal lesion,and promote the patient to recover health as soon as possible,thus it is worth popularizing.
