晚期乳腺癌合并带状疱疹患者的药物治疗及护理研究

Drug Treatment and Nursing Care of Advanced Breast Cancer Complicated with Herpes Zoster

目的:对晚期乳腺癌合并带状疱疹患者的护理干预措施进行探讨,以期为提高临床治疗效果、改善预后提供参考。方法:对我院收治的6例晚期乳腺癌合并带状疱疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其发病原因、临床特点进行总结,并提出相应护理措施,对护理效果进行评价。结果:6例患者均为乳腺癌晚期患者,带状疱疹发病前均曾行放化疗,或分子靶向治疗,经积极治疗同时结合科学有效的护理干预后带状疱疹痊愈,无瘢痕形成、无感染、无神经痛后遗症。结论:乳腺癌晚期患者本身免疫功能低下,若再行放化疗或分子靶向治疗,将容易发生带状疱疹,因此,临床中在积极治疗的同时还应采取科学合理护理干预,以减轻患者疼痛,缩短病程,促进预后的改善。

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention of advanced breast cancer with herpes zoster in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and prognosis.Methods:the clinical data of 6 patients with advanced breast cancer complicated with herpes zoster were retrospectively analyzed,the causes and clinical characteristics were summarized,and the corresponding nursing measures were put forward to evaluate the nursing effect.Results:all of the 6 patients were advanced breast cancer patients.Before the onset of herpes zoster,they had been treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or molecular targeted therapy.After active treatment and scientific and effective nursing intervention,herpes zoster was cured,no scar formed and no sensation.Conclusion:The immune function of the patients with advanced breast cancer is low.It is easy to develop herpes zoster if the patients are treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or molecular targeted therapy.Therefore,it is necessary to take scientific and reasonable nursing intervention to alleviate the pain of the patients,shorten the course of disease and promote the improvement of prognosis.
