摘要
悬臂梁系统作为自升式钻井平台最重要的作业模块,是自升式钻井平台开发设计的关键要素。以SJ350自升式钻井平台项目为依托,分析国内外自升式钻井平台各型悬臂梁的设计特点,对悬臂梁的作业方式、主尺度规划、结构形式设计和滑移装置选型进行深入研究,提出悬臂梁主尺度和组合载荷参数,制定悬臂梁载荷图谱。
The cantilever system is the most important operation module of the jack-up drilling unit and the key element in the development and design of jack-up drilling units.Taking the SJ350 jack-up drilling unit project as the object,this paper analyzes the design characteristics of cantilever systems both at home and abroad,and carries out deep investigations into the operation mode,main dimension planning,structural form design and the skidding equipment of the cantilever system,thus to propose its main dimensions and combined load parameters,and determine the load chart of the cantilever.
