摘要 "‘新工科’建设负担共识",对数控技术技能人才提出了转型要求,高职数控技术专业传统的人才培养模式培养的人才从数量及质量上已不能完全满足需求,因此,推进"新工科"背景下高职院校数控技术专业人才培养模式改革势在必行。本文以"新工科"工程教育改革要求为指导,以社会需求为导向,加强产教融合,努力实践"工学交替,协同育人"的数控技术专业人才培养模式,以培养复合型技术技能"新工科"人才。 The "new engineering" has put forward the transformation requirements for the numerical control technical talents. As the traditional talent training mode for students majoring in numerical control technology of higher vocational education fails to fully meet the demand in quantity and quality, it is imperative to promote the reform of the training mode of CNC technology professionals in higher vocational colleges under the background of "new engineering". Guided by the education reform requirements of "new engineering" project and the social needs, this paper strengthens the integration of production and education, tries to practice the mode of "alternation between work and study, collaboration in cultivating talents", and cultivates complex technically skilled "new engineering" talents.
