With the rapid development of economy and society, more and more high-quality professionals are needed. In the process of cultivating students majoring in civil aviation safety technical management, applying the order-based talent training model can effectively improve the students’ comprehensive professional ability and better serve the enterprises. This paper expounds the importance of training the personnel of civil aviation safety technology management, analyzes the present situation of t talents cultivation, puts forward the connotation and conditions for the training mode, and concretely probes into the concrete practice of training the order-oriented talents, including the construction of two-way personnel training system, the specific goal of training talents, and the specific measures and suggestions for improving the level of qualified personnel training.
