《总载体手册》及教学应用研究

Study on General Supporter Manual and Its Application in Teaching

基于总载体的技术技能型人才培养模式下的"总载体"是一种系统化的教学载体,贯穿人才培养全过程,具有承载学生知识学习、技能训练、综合技术应用等教学功能。为实施基于总载体平台上的人才培养方案,需要创新性地和深入地研究与之相应的专用教学资源和技术资料,指导技术技能型人才培养,使之成为独特的学生学历过程重要教材和实用工程技术类手册。本文对《总载体手册》的设想构架、编纂思路、内容集合、教学应用等进行研究,并以机电一体化技术专业采用"模拟汽车自动装配模拟生产线"为总载体的《总载体手册》为案例,进一步探索和研究《总载体手册》及其应用的一般规律和方法,以提供相近专业人才培养借鉴,切实提高职业院校学生的技术技能。

The General Supporter, based on the training mode of technical talents, is a systematic teaching supporter, which runs through the whole process of talent training and has the teaching functions of carrying students’ knowledge learning, skill training, and comprehensive technology application and so on. In order to carry out the talent training program based on the general supporter platform, it is necessary to study the corresponding teaching resources and technical materials in an innovative and in-depth way, and to guide the cultivation of technical talents, thus making it a unique textbook and practical engineering manuals. Taking the "General Supporter Manual" as a case study, which is adopted by mechatronics specialty as the main supporter of the "simulated Automobile automatic Assembly Simulation production Line", the general rules and methods of the "General Supporter Manual" and its application are further explored and studied, so as to provide references for similar professional personnel training, and effectively improve the technical skills of vocational college students.
